Finding Your Leadership Voice
Finding our leadership voices is a practice not an event, and it continues throughout life. Through short bursts of teaching, demonstrating and discussion followed by engaging interactive and solo experiences, participants will try out new ideas and skills to enhance their self awareness about their strengths and their gaps. They will leave the workshop with fortified abilities, new knowledge, less fear, and a burgeoning new leadership voice they will continue to build.
